First- The Bigelow Hotel will be celebrating their grand re-opening along with The Monarch’s

The Bigelow Hotel Grand Opening reception starts at 4:30 pm in The Daylight Room and will include the viewing of a beautiful Heath Satow Art Sculpture. Guided tours of the new renovations will be given. Passports will be issued for attendees to participate in getting stamps from all the attractions. The passports may be redeemed for an item at the new Archie’s Bistro located in the Hotel. Speeches about both The Monarch and the Bigelow projects, along with Ogden City and Weber County representatives will be held in the Crystal Room at

Second- Weber State University is kicking off their Civility Quest. A Weber State University and Ogden City challenge utilizing the theme of civility to positively impact the behaviors of participants through Civility Quest Cards, which have a friendly action on the back of each card. The Civility Quest is a fun and engaging challenge for participants to learn about and interact with others and their environment in civil ways. Participants join the challenge by collecting and completing the challenges located on the Civility Quest cards. Weber State will be set up to answer questions and hand out cards on the 200 block of Historic 25th Street during the art stroll.
Third- The Junior League has put together a powerful exhibition focusing on Human Trafficking. This exhibit called "Unstoppable- Human Trafficking Survivor Stories" will feature the photographer/artist Hannah Dessel, and the personal stories of June Haskell, Suzie Skirvin, and Kim Kocherhans who will be speaking throughout the night.
Fourth- Van Sessions is back with LIVE musicians performing acoustics sets in a#TanVan down by the railroad tracks.

Art Box-Art Box is so excited to feature folk artist Annie King for April’s Art Stroll. Annie was born in Billings, Montana and lives in a country home in Utah surrounded by the love of her husband, two children, and many friends and extended family. She is a loving and attentive animal-mom to four horses, two goats, six chickens, two ducks, and one dog.
Annie has the gift of deep connection with animals. Her work reflects this connection through tender and evocative portraiture of the animals she encounters. She is a self-trained folk artist, using mixed media to provide intimate glimpses into the hearts and personalities of animals large and small.
Annie’s work is special and so very sweet, and we invite you to come see her amazing collection on Friday!

Harley and Bucks- Harley and Bucks will be featuring Sky Dodds for the Art Stroll. Sky has been in the pursuit of art since early childhood. She has received numerous rewards through her efforts. Sky attended DSU where she was taught by renowned artist Del Parson. She graduated at the top of her class as Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree emphasis in Painting and Drawing. Sky hopes to continue this pattern of success moving forward.

Mike is an Ogden, Utah base lampworker, who specializes in unique pendants, jewelry, marbles and more. He began working with glass in January of 1994. Since that time he has passionately studied and practiced the art, always striving to perfect his techniques and learn something new. In addition to lampworking, Mike has experience with glass fusing, glass etching
Mike’s work is inspired by nature’s beauty, pop culture, the strange and macabre. Halloween is his favorite holiday, which is noticeable in his work. Hurst’s evil eye jewelry has become some of his most popular items and his signature pieces.

Wasatch Roasting Company is excited to feature the works of our April artist, Anna Oswald, a textile and macramé artist.
For the stroll, we will serve hot and cold drinks from our full espresso bar and our nitro cold brew taps. We'll also serve hot chocolates, teas, affogatos, nitro-floats, cheese/crackers, and non-coffee beverages.
Outside, in Origin-Alley Art Gallery, we will showcase artwork from Rich Ramos, Nezak, Jaroh, and other local artists. We will provide outdoor seating in the alley as well as live music from IGAMA Sounds during the stroll.

I cannot explain the meaning of my work because I do not impose any. I think that is why it works better at striking certain ‘raw’ emotions. The emotional response is direct and immediate. It goes from my eyes directly to my heart. It does not require mental interpretation. If a viewer feels the similar emotional sensibilities as I do, then, my paintings have spoken to them.
